How to write answers in a presentable manner?

As I promised you that I will tell you something more about presentability in my next blog. So here I am for you! Telling you how you can be presentable while writing your answers in examination sheet and yes, we will also discuss the advantage of being presentable while writing answers. Well we need to give exams at various stages of life. We take exams when we are in school, college, and even after college if we are preparing for competitive exams. Writing answers in a proper and presentable manner matters a lot. You know what we at Websofy have been teaching and training students for long time and that is why we are aware of their writing method and the method that is actually needed to get high marks in exams.

Well what I have noticed is that students think that filling up maximum number of copies can help them to score high marks, that’s why they make wide margins on both side of their copies so that their copy gets filled quickly. Secondly, students for filling up more copies, they leave wide spaces in between words while writing answers and try to write in large fonts which really look very messy. Thirdly, they write huge paragraphs with irrelevant notes to fill up their copies. Yeah! It looks so untidy an unorganized. But frankly speaking this is a myth that large number of copies can get you good marks in exam. In fact this habit is horrible and it irritates the examiner. Only correct and presentable answers can help you to get high marks in your exams. Please stop following these stupid tricks to gain good marks. These kind tricks would rather decrease your percentage. I have seen some students who use different color pens for writing answers. It is not at all helpful. May be the color you are using is not liked by the examiner. Okay there are many such slips and blunders that students make while writing answers in exams because of the myth that large number of copies can bring them good marks. Anyways, I would like to clear out this myth and misconception from your mind by suggesting you the write method to write answers in exams.

·        Use only blue and black pens for writing your answers. You can use a highlighter to highlight your main points or you can just underline significant word or statement to point it out.

·        Always try to write in a neat and clean manner. Your handwriting should be legible.

·        Avoid over writing, cutting of words and erasing while writing answers.

·        If you have various points in your sentence then never write them as a passage always write them point wise.

·        Try to write your answer in a tabular format.

·        Use diagrams, lines and charts to explain your answer. It really impresses the examiner.

·        Always draw figures using extra dark pencils instead of pen so that even if you make any mistake you don’t have to cut it or erase it which make it look untidy.

·        Write your answer in proper sequence; never disturb the sequence of questions. Even if there is question whose answer you do not know. Leave space for that answer and attempt it later but never disturb the sequence.

·        Always note down the question number and section properly in answer sheet.

·        Write answers in a specific manner avoid writing irrelevant matter. Write concise answer.

·        Always use proper grammar. Avoid making grammatical mistakes.
